Jeraldine Marchant
Most of us who encountered Miss Marchant did so as students in her Problems of American Democracy Class or possibly as members of her homeroom or in the extra curricular activity, MECCA. Miss Marchant left teaching at Central in 1965, obviously because none of the succeeding classes came close to the intellectual prowess of the Class of '62. After leaving Central, she spent the next 5 years as the Executive Director of the American Federation of Labor. Five years of labor battles turned Miss Marchant into a capitalist for in 1970 she joined First Weber Group as a Realtor. She is still a Realtor for First Weber in Brookfield and has no plans to retire.
Miss Marchant will be attending the brunch on Sunday, July 20.
